Groundhog is used to collect data and prepare reports for specific on-the-ground work sites using an iPhone or cellular equipped iPad. Groundhog allows you to record and report your ground work data for grant applications, disbursement requests, and activity reports. For each work site you can obtain and record GPS coordinates, take and store before and after photos, group by route, region and zone, and describe the deficiency and solution.
What is a work site? It could be an area requiring a trash pickup, a place where users go off-trail, a trail washout or spot in need of repair, a kiosk location, or a fence in need of repair.
Groundhog is ideal for small-scale projects with up to 50 work sites. For projects involving 50 or more work sites, or those requiring historical reporting and monitoring, or for tracking multiple grants and advances, contact Sundance Environmental Systems about DataMoose, a robust, full-featured Ground Work Management System.
